Red Poles, Heidi Who Photography and Samson Tall Wines collaborate at Red Poles in the art gallery space for a 'Sip and Snap Experience'.
Create a tapestry of evocative vignettes using the ‘colours of grenache’ to highlight images of food and wine as you indulge and delve into an afternoon of food and fun!
Sip on a selection of grenache wines starting with a cocktail! Then salivate as your taste buds savour Red Poles gourmet shared spread of local produce!
Join Heidi as she guides you through the best options for composition, lighting and focus and the do’s and dont’s of photography. Themed stations will enable you to experiment with provided props and setups. Different areas with specific themes (portrait, landscape, macro)
Engage with Heidi as she walks around to different tables, giving personalised tips and demonstrating techniques with your devices.
There will also be a Best Photo contest with prizes to be won! Photo challenges include competition with categories like best food/wine photo, most evocative, etc. Winners are announced towards the end of the event with small prizes.
