Port Noarlunga

An old port township at the mouth of Onkaparinga River, Port Noarlunga is now a popular family holiday destination a convenient 33 kilometres south of Adelaide. 

At the beach, visitors can choose to fish off of the jetty or swim underneath to explore the protected Port Noarlunga Aquatic Reserve – brimming with marine life. Exposed in the low tide, and just a short swim from the jetty stairs, this unique reef formation is an accessible adventure for beginners and experienced divers alike.  

Prefer to stay dry? No problem! There’s plenty to do in the township of Port Noarlunga – including boutique shops, restaurants, and cafés.  Keen walkers can also enjoy the esplanade path, river estuary, and nearby Onkaparinga River National Park.
