Accessible National Parks and Reserves

Several national parks and forest reserves are equipped to provide access to people who use a wheelchair. Motorised wheelchairs and scooters are permitted in national parks and reserves. TrailRider all-terrain wheelchairs are available to hire free of charge at the Fleurieu Coast Visitor Centre for use at the Deep Creek National Park.

Assistance dogs are permitted in most public places and are therefore welcome in the Fleurieu Peninsula’s parks and reserves, remaining under effective control at all times.
