Upstairs you will find an open plan living area, with a modern well-appointed kitchen featuring European appliances including a coffee machine .There are 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Double) both offering lovely views of the ocean and rolling hills and ceiling fans. Entertain and dine with a 8 person dining setting and ample bench space, moving to the lounge that offers a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a 5-seat lounge suite. For your comfort a wood fire upstairs provides cozy warmth in winter and ceiling fans and a split-system air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter - or open the windows and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes that flow through the house.
There is also a bathroom with Shower, toilet and washing machine.
