Join winemaker Duncan Kennedy and salumiere Massimiliano Corradini for a masterclass that matches handcrafted cured meats with Kay Brothers grenache, held in the historic cask room at Kay Brothers.

Over four courses of salumi and grenache, Duncan and Massi will share the secrets behind their work. Duncan, winemaker at Kay Brothers since 2015 and an award-winning maker of grenache, will explain how he creates the fine handcrafted wines for which Kay Brothers is known. Massi, from Massi Handcrafted, will share the time-honoured methods of producing his renowned artisan cured meats. You will learn the art of serving salumi and discover how to create pairings that enhance both wine and salumi.

Included in your ticket:
A glass of each of four distinct expressions of grenache – including rosé, a single vineyard wine and a blend – with generous servings of Massi's salumi plus bread and accompaniments, followed by a fortified wine with a sweet bite.
