Held on the first Saturday in January, the Carri’ to Club is a swim, run or walk event organised by the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club. In 2024, over 200 people took on a new year challenge to swim in the aqua blue waters or walk or run along the white sands between Carrickalinga and Normanville on South Australia's stunning Fleurieu Peninsula.
The event offers participants 4km, 2km, 1km and 400 metre swim distances, and a 4km run or walk option. Finishing at the iconic Normanville Surf Lifesaving Club, the Carri’ to Club is a great all ages community event.
Whether you’re looking to satisfy a competitive urge, challenge a friend or just enjoy a swim, walk or run, the Carri’ to Club is a great way to kick off a new year.
Entirely volunteer run, proceeds from ticket sales and donations support the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club’s beach patrol and training programs.

Ticket price includes 4 entries for a family of 4 including 2 adults over 18, and 2 people 18 or under. Each entrant may participate in the swim (any distance), the walk or the run.
