What's on in the Barossa

Major Barossa wineries hold mouth-watering food and wine events throughout the year while the Barossa Arts and Convention Centre regularly hosts performances by artists from around the world. The Barossa Gourmet Weekend is held in early September while the Barossa Vintage Festival – the oldest wine festival in Australia – is held in April every two years. At the Barossa Farmers' Market you can purchase the freshest local produce direct from growers. The region also hosts the famous Barossa Marathon Festival and several well-known motoring events.
